China's comprehensive study and implementation of Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the initial heart and mission of China's Communists have inspired us deeply and inspired us to carry out the general requirements of keeping our hearts and responsibilities, finding gaps and carrying out the implementation. Through the theme education of "never forget your original mind and keep your mission in mind", we can truly feel the great changes that have taken place in China in the past 70 years. Today, China's high-speed rail, China Bridge and China road speed up the rapid economic development, and the people live and work in peace and contentment. Shenzhou, Chang'e, Jiaolong into the sea, Beidou network, large aircraft flying in the blue sky, show our Chinese majesty; Wenchuan earthquake, the Millennium snow disaster, show our Chinese heart.
In the new era, there should be a new atmosphere, a new role, and a common member of the Baohetang family. I think we should act in this way.

1、 Work with passion. Only with passion and enthusiasm can we be aggressive and motivated. No matter what difficulties we encounter, we will not find any excuse to avoid them. Instead, we will try our best to overcome them and try our best to do a good job. Some people are always lack of passion for work, lack of confidence before work, the root cause is not in the state. 3、 There must be a way to work. The so-called method is to solve problems when facing them. We must stick to our goals and work hard for a long time. From the ground up, some people ignore discipline and do things irrelevant to their work, even play mobile phones and games, perfunctorily do their own work, have no sense of responsibility, are not responsible for the company and themselves, and waste their time. As a young person in the new era, we should have a firm heart and win the recognition of leaders and companies with outstanding work achievements, which is the pursuit of young people. At the beginning of work, we should stick to the ambition of doing one thing and becoming one thing. We should stick to the principle of "keeping the clouds open and seeing the moon bright". We should walk every step steadily and be able to adapt wherever we go and become the strong in our work.
